Border of two red bands on either side of a white band with diamond pattern, has been added separately to bottom of solid blue skirt. Sash is simply the white band of the pattern and fringed at either end. Skirt is fully lined with an acetate slip of the same colour. Hem is held in place with a fabric glue rather than stitching.
