- A relief carving on the surface of a hollow tube-shaped piece of bone(?). The medal is attached to a green and yellow ribbon that is topped with a silver bar marked "Canada" on the face, and inscribed "Major P.A. Moore" on the reverse. (c) A bronze coloured medal (5.0 x 4.5 cm) with crossed swords on 3 rays that is overlaid with a wreath. The date "1914-15" is across centre of the crosses swords.
