There are two looped elastic attachments at the top and thong ties between the beadwork.b) Collar (96.5 x 15.0 cm) that is fabric backed and slightly pointed with bead and metal jingle bell fringe at the centre. Map surrounded with a heavy border of badly offset blue flowers, with an outer border at the edge of swimmers, skiers, golfer, etc. in front of a panorama of mountains. Short thread fringe on all four sides. (b) white silky rayon, clusters of brightly coloured international flags around each corner, with a light blue seal of the Soroptimist International Association at the centre, and a banner beneath, "1921 Jubilee 1971". White rolled hem outside narrow blue border line. Printed in one corner. (c) on the blue border, "Mildred Sprout".
