Hallmarks on bottom of bowl difficult to see but identical with exception of "302" replacing "6" mentioned on base. Bowl base also does not contain the "Rx" like stamp.

A small ivory coloured glazed china bowl with loosely fitting lid. Short straight sided bowl is cut in at angle at base and has large flange collar extending horizontally out above a small lion's head at either side. Heavy lip above flange has deep groove cut in above flange and two shallow grooves around top edge of lip. Inside of bowl is cylindrical. Lid is simple straight sided dome fitting from outside circumference of bowl flange with small knob handle on top. Bottom of bowl has glazed stamp reading "Terrine Brevettee S6D8 (?) LE CACHET France" around the numbers "14 / 2"; the number "14 " has been stamped into the surface of the base and on the underside of the lid.
