A collection of war veterans' service pins:a) One very simple gold coloured round disk pin, measuring 2.5 cm in diameter, with the word “2nd Canadian Division, Lest We Forget” around the edge. (note: green oxidation spot around a quadrafoil shape just above the word 'We')d,b) Two pins, measuring 1.8 cm wide by 2.4 cm high, cut out in the shape of a shield with an enamelled Union Jack under a white maple leaf at the centre containing the letters “G.W.V.” (Great War Veterans). Each pin is surmounted by a bronze coloured crown. c) One pin similar in design and dimensions to (a) and (b), but made of silver and enamel. e) One pin the same shape and dimension as (d), but with “1st Canadian Division, Lest We Forget” around the edge. f,g) Two pins, measuring 2.3 cm in diameter, each with a round bronze coloured back and the words “For Service at the Front” around the edge border. The centre of each pin features an enamelled shield-shaped Union Jack with “C.E.F.” (Canadian Expeditionary Forces) above the shield.

A collection of pin sets from Alberta and Winnipeg regiments: a) One brass pin (4.7 x 3.7 cm) cut out in the shape of the Alberta coat of arms (mountains in lower half and cross in upper) with four windmill sails behind and maple leaf on either side. A banner below the shield reads "Depot Battn, Alberta Regiment". There is a crown at the top of the pin with "Canada" below it.b) Five pins (3.1 x 2.6 cm) with the same design as (a), but these pins are smaller and shinier. c) One brass pin (3.9 x 4.0 cm) in the shape of a maple leaf with the Alberta coat of arms in middle and crown atop the coat of arms. A banner below the coat of arms reads "Alberta Overseas Batt'y XXXI".d) Three pins (3.9 x 2.9) with the same design as (c), but smaller in size. e) Two pins (3.5 x 3.8) in the shape of a maple leaf with a coat-of-arms at the centre containing three wheat sheaves in bottom half, and a train engine in the top half surmounted by a buffalo.
