A doll representing a young girl, bisqued head with painted, glazed features, open mouth with small even teeth, slanted eyes, and pierced earlobes, eyes open and close with weighted mechanism in head, black wig of fine wool ? done up in elaborate hair style of braided knot with two flowers, attached to shaped fabric covering top of head. Painted wood, moveable arms and legs are ball jointed at elbows wrists and knees, and held to the body by a length of elastic cord connecting them with the moveable head. Body of papier mache composition;. Wearing hand stitched, faded pink silk pajamas trimmed with bands of green, the overblouse tying along one side, and tied at the waist with a dark pink ribbon sash.

A doll representing a young girl with honey blonde hair. Bisque china head with painted, glazed features, small even teeth, pierced earlobes, and eyes that open and close by weighted mechanism inside head. Wig of human hair is attached to shaped fabric frame covering top of head, arms and legs of painted wood are jointed at elbows, knees and wrists, and connected to moveable head by elastic cord passing through the body. Body of papier mache composition, wearing knitted undervest with pink ribbon at neck, muslin bloomers with lace trim at the knees, and a muslin chemise trimmed with lace at the edges. Note tied around neck: "Rosie of the '20s".

An oblong piece of white fabric with blue stitching, unknown function.

A banner below the shield reads "Depot Battn, Alberta Regiment". There is a crown at the top of the pin with "Canada" below it.b-f) Five pins (3.1 x 2.6 cm) with the same design as (a), but these pins are smaller and shinier. g) One brass pin (3.9 x 4.0 cm) in the shape of a maple leaf with the Alberta coat of arms in middle and crown atop the coat of arms.
