- A oblong plastic case with an opening to insert the name tag. The plastic case has an extension on the centre top where a metal swivel rivet is attached to a spring snap for clipping onto clothing. The words “SVAR Mod. 41 006” is imprinted under the metal rivet. The two-piece metal snap is connected by a rivetted spring. The front piece has the letter “E” inside a diamond shape and the letters “I,M,L” inside individual boxes above the rivet. The back piece has four lines etched on the top and “MADE” on one side and “ITALY” on the other. On the inserted paper name tag is the UIAGM logo; a stylized mountain on the top-third of a segmented globe on a blue background, Above the circle are the letters “UIAGM” and below “IVBV”.The outer ring of the circular logo has these words printed on it “GUIDE DE MONTAGNES GUIDA BERGFUHRER”, in the lhc. The word “Kanada” is centred and below the name “Hans Gmoser”. The lettering and logo are very dark blue on a white paper background and a dark blue box surrounding the information.

(a) pin of the Second Class of the Order of the Sacred Treasure, small round silver pin with white enamel arms radiating from a round blue enamel silver bordered centre with a small silver scallop edged circle in the middle. A chain of red enamel spots encircles the central portion of the pin, two sharp bent prongs and two small rings soldered to the back of the pin, with a separate ring through the top for suspending.
