A wedding dress consisting of a lace dress, a silk chemise under, and a long veil and train. (a) dress, creamy white sheer tulle net with large overlapping cloud shapes with larger netting between. Collarbone neckline with closely fitted with a cape like flounce around passing under the arms. Very full skirt is fitted over the hips flounce beginning at the front waist and passing down under the hips and across the back. (b) chemise, very plain creamy white sheer silk with rounded neck and built up straps, and wide ruffle at hem. Lined from underarms to floor with opaque, slightly shiny silk. (c) veil, creamy white, plain tulle netting fastened to a headband of small white plastic flowers and buds. Veil forms a small cap over back of head. Veil in front loops under chin in loose folds and is gathered up at each ear to fall loosely at the sides of the face to the floor. Two extremely long lengths of netting gathered at the ends of the headband fall down the back forming a long train.

Bed frame of heavy 4 x 13.5 cm. boards, reinforced at the corners on the outside with short pieces of the same boards cut into sharp points. Head and foot boards are solid and fastened into cornerposts in mortise and tenon. Large metal carriage bolts fastened through the cornerposts into the frame. Corner reinforcement nailed through to frame. b) Mattress - innerspring covered in blue with large white floral wreath covering both sides, piping at edges imprinted "Simmons", vertical quilting on sides with four straps for turning, tufted through with bar-like buttons. c) Box spring - on wooden frame built to ride on frame of bed; covered with blue and white wide striped fabric with floral pattern on blue, whole covered with heavy white cotton fabric stapled to its frame. A heavy sheet of plywood with its corners cut to fit the bed is between the mattresses.
