Each piece is decorated with the same motif with a bold coloured wide band at the rim of the saucers and the outside rims of the cups containing two diamond shaped eyes alternated with a single large blossom with diagonally striped vertical lines between each element. The inside of the suacer and the bottom of the cup are divided into four sections, two light coloured and two dark, with flowers on each section. The inside of the cup and the centre circle of each saucer are white. Each piece is marked “Royal Crown Derby, England #2451” and with a trademark crest.
