Scope & Content: File consists of drafts and final copies of an application for the incorporation of the Trail Riders of the Canadian Rockies into a society [1961], an excerpt from an act by the Government of Alberta outlining the requirements for an organization to register as a society [1955], an approved application by the Trail Riders to become a registered society including a certified copy of a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Government of Alberta, and multiple drafts of the by-laws of the Trail Riders of the Canadian Rockies which are labelled "First Draft", "Second Draft", and "Final Draft". File also includes notices of later amendments to original by-laws. Textual records in file accompanied by 5 microfiche sheets [1961-1967] depicting various administrative records [registrar of companies, certificate of incorporation, etc.].
