Small, oval backing plate attached to smooth, rectangular front plate by means of spring hinge between. Small serrated teeth at closed end clamp together when at rest. Teeth released by pinching open ends of metal plates together. Small ring holding another, loose ring at tail of oval backing plate. Short length of red cord threaded through rings to tie clasps together.
