Hair attached to stiffened, shaped fabric that fits over dome of head. Neck, shoulders and bust of doll in wax. Body, arms, legs and feet of stuffed cotton fabric. Lower arms and hands molded of celluloid. Wearing an ornate white sheer muslin dress trimmed with lace and fine embroidery, with ruffled hem. Knitted blue cardigan sweater, two white cotton petticoats and knee length bloomers trimmed with tucks and lace. A flannel under petticoat with feather stitch embroidery. A pair of textured white cotton knee length stockings and fine black leather dress boots with small heels and buttons down the sides.

(a) Fairly well proportioned horse carved in outline with body rounded at edges, short tail slightly carved to shape, head shaped a little to present detail of two ears. (b) Stylized elongated horse carved in outline and curved at edges of body. Long arched neck, head has evidence of single ear, other broken off. Stump of tail remaining. Note: layers of bark dry and splitting (b) bark layers curled and complete sections broken away on front legs, hind feet, neck, and nose.

Each piece, except the butter dish, contains a red crown symbol at the border with a gold filigree design hanging beneath it. The butter dish is round, with the base forming a pedestal, and has a high domed lid. Each of the dessert plates have a picture of two cherubs at the centre.
