- Two pins made from small clusters of clear, large transparent crystals. Long, angular crystals with oblique ends are of quartz. Silver fitting on back roughly follows shape of each pin, with long curving prongs clasping around crevices and angles of crystals to hold them securely. Hinged pin spike fastens into slotted clasp with locking mechanism. (a) larger - cloudy crystals lying in all directions, discolouration on back. (b) smaller - clear crystals all lying in same direction.

- A pin made from a brass ? 10 pfennig German coin. Front of pin is face with the imperial German eagle, head in profile, with outspread wing feathers around shield covering body, feet below, and crown above and "J" twice at bottom. Obverse, large "10" at centre with "Deutches Reich 8/ pfennig". A hinged pin spike which fastens under a hook clasp, has been soldered horizontally across back.
