Light green rectangle in middle on one side reading "Mend It", other side "Darn It". Lined with pink slubbed purple fabric handstitched to form large pocket on lower half and strap across upper half. Pocket contains a (b) yellow cardboard "Needle Book" with picture of head superimposed over a maple leaf on both sides with assorted needles and threader inside.
