- History / Biographical
- Adelia Woodworth Nickerson (1902 - 1977) was the ninth child of Elizabeth and Benjamin F. Woodworth, and was born and raised in Banff. Adelia married Nick Nickerson and later moved to Prince Rupert, British Columbia.

- File consists of one scrapbook produced by Adelia Woodworth and dated 1915. Scrapbook was previously used as a minutes book for community meetings held in Banff. First 10 pages contain news clippings and various typed poems and songs, as well as paper images of King Edward VII, flags of the world and a loose page from the Artistic Publishing Co., Ltd in London. The following 76 pages contain minutes and general notes from meetings in Banff from 1892-1895, naming R.G. Brett, Benjamin Woodworth Sr. and others. Two pages near end of book have additional notes on Australian Cadets.

- File consists of one scrapbook [contents possibly compiled by Maud Kdney] containing ca. 80 news clippings [roughly half loose in scrapbook] mostly from the Calgary Herald and Crag and Canyon newspapers, and one blue pamphlet for a local awards night for the Bow Valley Minor Hockey League in 1972. Clippings pertain to numerous topics of local interest including a visit to Banff by governor General Georges Vanier in 1960 and an article on the Simpson Sisters from 1938, as well as obituaries and other personal news announcements.

File pertains to Dorothy's freelance research, notes, original writing, and published articles from The Albertan and The Calgary Herald primarily in the 1960s, and short stories for Reader's Digest in 1933-1934. File documents various people, places, and events significant to Banff, including: the old days, Banff Indian Days, Mountain School, Banff Centre, Banff namesake in Scotland, the teahouses at Lake Louise, hot springs, Indigenous regalia and ceremonies, local guides, and Silver City. File also includes personal notes/stories and correspondence between Dorothy and her parents, and several articles from the Banff Crag and Canyon. - The Senior Friends of Banff, a senior citizens social and philanthropic organization at Banff, Alberta, Canada, was established in 1965 and operated until 1984 when the group amalgamated with the Banff Senior Citizens' Society. The Senior Friends of Banff organized social and recreational activities and raised funds for the Banff Library / Seniors Centre.
