- A rectangular white sheet of paper with an inside border, blue and red floral design containing various shields and flags, that is very heavy and ornate at the top with lion rampant and a crown. The document reads: “The Government of Canada acknowledges with grateful appreciation the services of Col. P. A. Moore as a member of the National War Finance Committee. Ottawa, December 15, 1945. (Signature).” The certificate is framed in a simple gilded wood frame.
