Black is used to outline the base of the separate areas. Two blue mountains are hidden by the foreground trees. Their lower slopes are green, and a thin line of yellow forest is found at their base. The sky is light blue.

At the base of the picture, the lake is described by a horizontal stroke of light grey and by a number of vertical brushstrokes of turquoise.
