These figures are examined from behind. The cart, man, and animal are in the lower left corner of the image. Along the bottom of the image is a flat prairie area. Several wheel ruts are visible. Across the centre of the image there is a line of trees. Directly above the trees are clouds. At the top of the image there is a clear sky.
