- Two buckles of brass probably cast by lost wax or equivalent method. Each buckle is in two parts, the right band part of which slides into a slot on the left hand portion, and each is divided into an overall symmetric pattern of three panels. (a) is in deep relief and is an image of a dragon with heavily scaled body and ferocious expression, clawed feet in each panel. (b) is shallow relief of dragon in each panel, stylized body quite flat and a stylized knob head. Both have a border of conventional designs.
