Description
A small cylindrical transparent drinking glass with a slight swelling 6 cm from the base. The words Dominion Cafe/ BANFF, ALBERTA/ CHINESE AND CANADIAN DISHES. A small round maker’s mark is on the bottom of glass emblazoned with 4L3 next to maker’s mark is a barely visible star shaped mark with the letters HT vertically arranged within, and the number 5 on the left side, and an illegible mark on the right side.

Description
The main subject of the painting is a waterfall which is cropped at the top of the painting. The water fall takes up approximately 2/3 of the piece lengthwise. The other 1/3 of the piece is divided unevenly on either side of the waterfall with the most space on the left. There are two rocks near the blc where the waterfall ends. The bottom of the piece and the left side of the piece are very misty. The right side of the piece consists of dark rock on the trc and fades to mist in the brc. A rock protrudes out of the very right side of the piece and is caught by the waterfall.
