Mitten hands and base of shoes are skin. Tag says “ESKIMO” on gold shiny paper. Image above of person with spear on kayak with luggage, outlined by blue background. Inside, it says on left, “THIS TAG IS YOUR GUARANTEE THAT THIS ARTICLE HAS BEEN MADE BY A CANADIAN ESKIMO.” and in French below, “CETTE ETIQUETTE GARANTIT L’AUTHENTICITE DE CET ARTICLE D’ARTISANAT ESQUIMAU CANADIEN.” On right side, says typed “DESCRIPTION” and written next to it in pen “SEAL SKIN FOX FUR”. Then the next typed line below: “SIZE GRANDEUR” and written in pencil to its right, “Man doll”. Next typed line: “MAKER ARTISAN” space next to it left blank. Next typed line; “LOCATION LOCALITE” and in pen next to it “FORT CHIMO P.[O or Q]”. Last typed line “PRICE PRIX” with scribbled pen, presumably covering price.
