- Riggall's Grandson John Russell provided an idendification on a photograph as follows:
- PA - 113 The tents are on the present Waterton townsite campgrounds. Grandpa had a base camp here for about 3 years. 1909 to 1912. Partner Jack Hazzard rented out tents while F.H.R took people into the mountains for camp trips. In those days, this campground area of Waterton was called Riggall flats by the locals
