- In the pocket of Willie Morant’s jacket at the time of cataloguing: a piece of paper with Willie’s handwritten notes on it. One side is written in script with a black felt pen “2 Rolled oats 1 milk 3 cream 1 Butter Veg fruit oranges Veg Meat”, viewer’s left, printed “NEWSPAPER GRACE” a line underneath and then “CARD FOR ERLING”. On the opposite side written in script in blue ball point pen “Bread at Pop’s, Grace and Gladys slene (sic) cody”. There are scribbles over the writing.
