The numbers “1914” and “1918” are on either side of the horse. On the reverse is the profile of King George V with the words “GEORGIVS V BRITT: OMN: REX ET IND: IMP:” engraved along the edge of the medal is “1251467 GNR. R.B. Moore C.F.A” A blue, white, and yellow ribbon attaches to the bar.
