Scope & Content: Item consists of one 16 mm motion picture pertaining to a group of people in funny dress playing golf on various ski runs at Sunshine Ski Resort. Called "Skolf," participants used golf clubs to try and knock what appears to be a squash ball into tin cans sunk into the snow while also tryint to keep the ball from rolling all the way down the hill. The original label on the case reads "Title Sunshine Village Golf Game on Ski, Name 'Skolf', Camera B. Engler, Date 19, Footage 270 feet, Time 7 minutes."

Also includes shots of the remnants of a snow shed, men skiing, and [presumably the same] men conducting expirments and taking readings on the snowpack. The original label on the case reads "Title Glacier Park BC Avalanche Control, Date 1959-1960, Camera B. Engler, Footage Color, Note: Leftover from Film Editing." An additional note included in the case [appears to be a photocopy of the orginal] includes: "Snow pit test Noel Gardner, old CP Roundhouse ruin, West entrance of Connought Tunnel, Train in and out of tunnel. Remarks: This is of short cuts taped together, can no be projected mostly short cuts."
