The sole has been affixed to the rest of the shoe using some type of adhesive (glue) that has caused staining or discolouration in the form of yellowing. A pull-on loop (at the back of the boot) exists, which mimics what a normal size boot would appear like. Lastly, there is a staple present on the top viewer left of boot (a) with the sharper edges pointing outward.
