Above the title, a tank drives to the viewer’s right, with mountains and clouds in the background.At the bottom and foreground, text reads: BY JOHN WINDSOR. The initials P.W. appear In the bottom right corner of the drawing.This part is rendered in ink and enclosed within hand drawn frame.
