Description
A little girl's fancy hat of deep blue velvet, narrow rimmed, and lined with pale blue satin on the sides and white cotton at the crown, found over two wires as armature and card. The forerim band is decorated with cloth forget-me-nots with wrapped wire stems, and there is evidence of white feathers at the back of the hat, indicating that at one time it probably was plumed.
