Description: There are two boxed off drawings, one in the top half and the other in the bottom half. The drawing on in the top half is a scene of two people (a man and a child) on their skies standing in some tracks of people that can be seen further up. In the background there is a mountain range. In the second drawing below it is another winter scene of people skiing through the mountains. They are off in the distance, though their tracks lead right up to the edge of the drawing. In the background there is a mountain range with a cloud in the sky.

Description: In the TLC there is a drawing of a monument, it has a large platform with a tall column extending up from the middle with a statue on top. Below this drawing there is a drawing of two people (a man and a woman) hiking. They carry walking sticks, and on their hiking boots they have they have crampons. As such this drawing would suggest it was taking place in winter.

The other sketch is of a man standing with both arms raised holding blocks in his hands. Side 2 has four sketches. One sketch of a man with a dark beard and mustache holding a long staff and a sketch of a head with a beard and mustache beside it. One sketch of a man wearing a large headdress, and another of a similar man beside him kneeling. Back of the page has “Telegraphic Address “Impho Tokyo”” in the TLC, and “Imperial Hotel, Tokyo” centered at the top. Both printed in black ink.
