Banff, climbed Rundle, leisure, staying at clubhouse, picnic on Bow river, Sulphur Mountain climb.

Trip into London, dealing with clothing, camera, surveying equipment, trips to India Office, leisure with Dolly. Boat trip to Venice, trip to Suez, to Bombay and return to Dehra Dun. "Altogether a most excellent leave, though somewhat expensive!"

Travel to Victoria, discussion of day to day activities, spent time at Resthaven due to appendix problems. Presented with pink carnations from the ACC. "O." had operation and convalesced at Resthaven, trip to Victoria, nice weather for Banff and Bow river. Husband buys car, 1914 Cadillac. Walk along spray river in Banff, Sunshine Camp, Middle Springs, driving lesson on highway.
