Description
Portable 35 mm motion picture projector. Green cloth covered wooden box, 2 small black knobs attach to posts inside which slide up and down. Key attached to handle ring, metal screen, leather handle with buckles. Manufacturer's label and underwriter's label. Chrome knob attached to rheostat post inside, 3 buckle fasteners, focus knob,lens cover. 2 knobs near bottom for positioning posts for select height of machine. Swivel cover concealing framing knob. Metal screen for fan. Male electric connector, 2 on/off switches, motor and light.2 view windows on hinged case door. Instructions inside of case door. Pressure spring for film reels, film guard, large bulb, electric motor, leather pulley belts. 1 film reel with electric cord wound inside, sprocket gear assembly, spare bulb, bulb housing, film reel shield with reel divided attached by leather thong,spare bulb in box marked "Edison Mazda Lamps", canvas cover.

On off switch near arm also vent for light. Below feed arm at front is lens, then manufacturer's label. Rectangular opening on right side in door which opens down "Excel" written on door. Electrical cord coming from underneath, left side has venting for fan with pulleys from centre. Metal spring belts connecting with 2 other pulleys same side.

Interior divided into 4 compartments. Brass framed metal screen inside of lid with inscription “PAT. JAN 25, 1921”. Manila tag tied to handle “First two reels 1 Vic climb + 2 Hunting Trip.” sticker on case reads “Box I Canada To 1934 [illegible]” (b) 43.4x20.9x20.9. 1 buckle fastener, leather handle, front side. Interior divided into 4 compartments, with numbers 1-16. Leather corner guards fixed with tacks. sticker on front says “Box 2 1436 - 39 Canada”. (c) 18.0x19.0x19.2, metal, 1 fastener, handle on top. Interior divided into 6 narrow slots. Film reel and lock inside. Manufacturer label affixed inside lid. Metal screen inserted in holder, winged front section. "Neumade" brand film reel, lock key. (d)24.5x20.0x21.5, cloth covered wooden structure, leather corner guards. 1 buckle fastener with keyhole inscribed “CORBIN MADE IN USA”. Interior divided into 2 compartments, 1-8. Each compartment has a bowed metal piece. (e)same as (d) Key for lock missing. Number "8" missing from number sequence on interior.
