Graflax cut film magazine consisting of a metal canister and a leather pouch. The rectangular metal container has twelve removable plates inside (second one has film attached). A hinged metal tab in the centre of the back opens to reveal a circular red window to view the numbers on the plates. The tab is engraved with the manufacturer’s name. The black leather pouch (19.0 x 15.0 cm), used to hold exposed film, is attached to one end of the metal container.

Description
Hard-cover book with wrap-around closure secured with a metal snap. The book contains numbered sleeves (1-100) for negatives and a paper to record the contents on each sleeve (blank). The inside cover is marked “KODAK NEGATIVE ALBUM Patent No. 209.842,” with a rectangle containing “The Envelopes in teh Album are made from transparent paper so that the negatives stored in them can be intsantly identified without removal, by simply holding up the Album to the light, and LOOKING THROUGH THE ENVELOPE.”, and with “Made in England.” below the rectangle. The front of the closure flap is marked “Kodak Negative Album” in gold with “Kodak” stamped on the snap. An illegible (erased?) handwritten title is in the centre of the cover with “H.U. GREEN, NIELD NATURALIST, DAUPHIN, MAN.” handwritten in the bottom left corner of the cover.
