- History / Biographical
- Jimmy Simpson Sr. was a backpacker and outfitter in the Banff / Rocky Mountains region. He built the Num-Ti-Jah Lodge near Bow Lake which him and his wife Williamina ran from 1920 - 1945, and led many hunting and climbing expeditions in the area. Jimmy and Williamina had three children: Jimmy Simpson Jr. (who took over the Lodge in 1945), and daughters Margaret and Mary Simpson who became famous as professional ice skaters, the 'Simpson Sisters' in the late 1930's.

Other labelled "EXTRA LAKE LOUISE POSTERS Gal on Stump" with Canadian Pacific shipping label addressed to "Mr. N. Morant care Banff Springs Hotel Banff, Alta." and sticker, "Canadian Pacific Railway Value Label S756627" Set of 2 posters stored in tube together, labelled: "LAKE LOUISE POSTER Riders on Fence" , with postage stamp labelled "12 III '57 Montreal Quebec" and Canadian Pacific shipping label addressed to 'Mr. N. Morant Box 63 Banff, Alta"
