Half of the circular medal is outlined with a repetitive leaf-like pattern, and the other half of the circle is outlined with a dark blue are, in this section there are the words, “Easter Hockey Tournament.” In the centre of the medal is a beaver wearing a yellow scarf, a blue hat, and a pair of skates, while holding a gold hockey stick.
