It appears as if the shore is at a slightly higher elevation than the lake. At the centre right of the print, Bow Glacier is visible. Brown and white mountains extend upwards from the lake across the centre of the print. The sky is pale blue and clear with two narrow streaky clouds, one above the other, extending across the print.
