Five samples of paint left on stones by J.E.H. MacDonald and Peter Whyte from Lake McArthur and Opabin, Lake O’Hara. Paint samples are mostly blue, green, and white in colour.Includes:a - blue and blue-green paint chips left by Peter Whyte at Lake McArthur [he sat below J.E.H. MacDonald] housed in a small round gold-coloured tin with “Pete Whyte McA sitting below JEH” on the lid, as well as four photographs of the paint samples in situb - white paint chips and a stone with more white paint on it from the Schaffer Bluffs at Lake McArthur [paint possibly left by Peter Whyte, J.E.H.
