Description
A silkscreened folded card with a view of Bow Lake, mostly obscured by the vegetation in front of the lake, and the Crowfoot Glacier behind. The general colours are blue, grey, green, rust/orange and white. The image is dominated by the rust and green-coloured vegetation in front of the lake and the mountains and glacier behind. Beyond the vegetation is the blue/green and grey lake. The top two-thirds comprises the mountains and glacier; viewer’s right the green/grey scree slope and upward sweep of a mountain, moving to the left is the next mountain with its white and blue/grey glacier top and its grey/blue shadowed side on the left. Lower mid-centre is the glacier snow field and to the left is a grey/blue hill. The sky above is flat and grey.
