- Notes
- Not to be confused with the Sanitarium, which was part spa hotel and part hospital, and was located at the intersection of Banff Avenue and Spray/Cave Avenue, the "New Brett Hospital" was constructed on Spray Avenue in 1908/09. It closed in 1926 following the death of Dr. Harry Brett in 1925, and was purchased by the Sisters of Saint Martha in 1930. The hospital was replaced by a new facility in 1958. In 1987 the Mineral Springs Hospital relocated to its new facility on Lynx Street
