Album is made with yellow paper and bound with a green ribbon.
The Seigniory Club is now known as the Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello. The album is undated, but the Seigniory Club opened in 1930 and was leased to the Club until 1970.
Album has "To Mother and Dad, With happy memories of our wonderful Christmases at the Seigniory Club, Dorie" written on the front.
