- A large gnarled, dead grey and brown tree with long brances is centre leaning left. Fall vegetation, rust-coloured, is in the immediate foreground, evergeens to the right. The icefield dominates the painting spilling to moraine lower and right, grey-blue flanks to each side and a cloudy white sky.
