Description
A women’s straw hat, with a turned up brim and a rounded crown. There are three ribbons, red, white and blue, sewn down making a hatband. They are secured by a machine-made applique of two red cherries with green leaves. The inside of the hat has a white grosgrain ribbon stitched on as a sweatband, with corresponding red, white and blue thread to secure the ribbons sewn on as the hatband on the other side. There is a red and white fabric label sewn onto the sweatband and in black lettering on the white part, “CANADIAN HAT MONTREAL CANADA”.
