Painted at centre is large bouquet of flowers, roses, chrysanthemums, tulips, of various colours, with gold leafy vine in band around edge. Scratched on bottom "2481 KJS" and stamped with circular hallmark resembling candelabra. Stamped "England" also on bottom.
