- Cased Daguerreotype in brown coated paper case. Case does not have a front cover. Back cover has debossed floral design. Two metal latches remain on the right edge of the case. Image is framed in a brass-coloured octagonal frame. A red adhesive sticker is found in the bottom left corner on the surface of the cover glass that reads “Edward S. Morse”. Cover glass is secured in place by a brass-coloured frame that is decorated with foliate motifs.
