Description: Grey cardboard travel box with reinforced metal corners on both pieces, a metal frame on the lid for a shipping label, and green canvas straps with metal tips mounted in a cross on the bottom. In the metal frame on the lid is a piece of thick paper that is mostly illegible due to an adhesive shipping label addressed to Head Hunter Films from Gastown Productions. Also adhered to the lid is a circular bright orange Head Hunter Films sticker to the left of the metal frame and the torn remnants of shipping labels on the right. Inside the box is a plastic Loomis Courier Service shipping pouch that may have been adhered to the lid at some point, as well as a paper Loomis Air Courier receipt.

The film was directed by Robert Altman and co-written by Robert Altman and Alan Rudolph. Key stars in the film include Paul Newman (Buffalo Bill), Frank Kaquitts (Sitting Bull), Joel Grey (The Producer), and Kevin McCarthy (The Publicist). Other actors include Harvey Keitel, Allan F. Nicholls, Geraldine Chaplin, John Considine, Fred N. Larsen, Pat McCormick and Burt Lancaster. The movie was filmed on location at the Stoney Nakoda reservation in Morley, Alberta, and many of the film extras were from this community. History / Biographical: Walter Ashdown, 1890-1975, was a chauffeur at Banff, Alberta, Canada. Ashdown emigrated to Canada in 1904 and farmed for several years before becoming a private chauffeur, ca.1913, to prominent Calgarians prior to the First World War. He served as a dispatch rider and driver in France, returning to Canada in 1919. The following year he commenced employment with Brewster Transport Co., retiring ca.1970. During his long career, Ashdown was Brewster's chauffeur to celebrities, including royalty, politicians and actors. His 1930 drive of 81 miles in 82 minutes to deliver life-saving equipment to the Monarch Mine near Field, B.C. was widely publicized. In 1970, Ashdown received an award for one million accident-free miles.
