Pin slightly arced from tip to stem. Long, hinged pin shaft attached at base, fastening under hook clasp at point on back, hand-made.

Inside are two brass pages with sepia coloured photographs glued to each side, as well as to the inside covers, six photos each. (a) "Canadian Rockies" photos of Banff Springs Hotel, Lake Louise, Mount Stephen, Emerald Lake, Great Glacier, and Hell's Gate. (b) "Bath" Abbey, exterior. Abbey, interior , Roman Baths, town square, River, Municiptal Bdgs. Loose ring in rigid ring at top.

Three metal plates riveted to back have been cut off close to rivets with the two lower plates apparently having been joined together as a single piece of metal. Outside roughly painted black except for area that would have been covered by the strap of metal between the rivets in the back. Interior shows rusty rings on bottom and runs down sides.
