Description
A pair of khaki brown corded wool jodhpurs. Legs rounded out very full at the hips, and fitted tightly below the knee, fastening at the outside of the leg with a brown lace through small metal grommet eyes. Triangular shaped patch of creamy white buckskin is handstitched to the inside of each leg from the knee to within 8.0 cm of the hem. Wide waistband with heavy belt loops, buttons at the top of a button fly. Two slanted pockets across the front hips with a small watch pocket above the right one, and a slash pocket on the right rear hip. Inside waistband, pockets, fly lining, buttons of hems, and welts of pockets are made from various kinds of cotton fabric. Two metal stud buttons on inside back waistband at each side, one per side.

Description
A well-worn, felt, beige-coloured (sun faded) western-styled hat with a leather thong threaded through two small holes in the sides and knotted at both ends. The crown is pushed down and molded into a lady’s style. There is a grosgrain ribbon sewn on around the crown as a hat band and the same material is sewn onto and around the brim. The inside of the hat is taupe/brown coloured because it has not been exposed to the sun. There is a brown, soft leather, sweatband sewn onto the inside of the crown rim and at the back, where it is pieced together, there is a fabric ribbon tied in a bow, to the left of that, a stamped “SMITHBILT” logo. Attached to the inside leather thong is a card stating in black felt pen printing “WILLIES WESTERN HAT”. Attached above one knotted end is a card re: Nick *see narrative.
