- A war bonnet of feathers attached to a short strip of hide. The long eagle feathers have short downy feathers attached at the tips and two tassels of downy feathers hanging by each ear to frame the face. A hoop with three bells attached hangs by one ear. The brow band is decorated with orange, black and white beads. The bonnet has a felt crown with several downy feathers attached.
