Lamp, books and table and teapot are appliqued cut outs;. Calligraphy and chop mark on right. Obverse of fan is trellis and blossoms (b) two ladies with insect cage, hunting in reeds. Ladies and cage quilted to create relief. Calligraphy and chop mark on right, obverse plain. Both fans are fabric over bamboo or reed with painted and appliqued designs.

Description: Extendable accordian fan with pale blue tassel. Black and gold lacquer end supports, calligraphy on back of one support having a bird in its lacquer design, other support floral design. Bamboo slats. Painted heron at shoreline on one side of fan. Obverse landscape with temple. Scattered minor foxing spots, slightly warped when folded.
