- George W. Pocaterra, 1882-1972, rancher, was a pioneer of the Kananaskis region, 1906. On a visit to his native Italy in 1933, he met Norma Piper, 1898-1983, a coloratura soprano of Calgary, and they married in 1936. The Pocaterras returned to Alberta on the eve of the Second World War.

Also includes documents: the crew list for the 1977 film, "A Matter of Inconvenience," a newspaper clipping from the Banff Crag & Canyon dated Wednesday, August 4 1982 about the filming of the C.B.C film "David," a newspaper clipping from the Vancouver Sun dated Wednest, March 28 1973 about the premier of "Rainbow Boys," and a newspaper clipping from the Calagry Herald dated Saturday, November 3 1979 about the filming of "To Elvis With Love."
