(d) oval cookie with a light green maple leaf and a bighorn sheep (e) round cookie with 1890-1990 in chocolate, three ribbons hang down, red, white and blue (f) white card "with compliments of David Bayne General Manager" (g) pale blue menu card (h) small white package (pillow chocolate) with chocolate inside.
